Your parcels arrive from a dozen different couriers, each with its own ugly tracking page and its own idea of what “in transit” means. ZIP puts all of them in one list, translates the jargon into plain language, and tells you when something actually changes.

How it works

  1. Paste the tracking number. ZIP recognises the courier on its own — no dropdown to hunt through.
  2. Watch it travel. Every scan lands on a live map, from the first pickup to the delivery van in your street.
  3. Get told, not pestered. A notification when it clears customs, when it’s out for delivery, when it’s delivered.

Questions

Do I need an account to track a package?

No. ZIP has no sign-up and no login. Open the app, paste a tracking number, and it starts tracking immediately.

Which couriers does ZIP support?

More than 1,000, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, Colissimo, Chronopost, Mondial Relay, Royal Mail, GLS, DPD, Evri, China Post, 4PX and Cainiao. ZIP detects the courier from the tracking number itself, so you rarely have to pick one.

Can ZIP track a Vinted or Amazon order?

Yes. Vinted ships through carriers ZIP already supports (Mondial Relay, Colissimo, InPost and others), and Amazon orders shipped by Amazon Logistics or a partner courier work the same way. Paste the tracking number from the confirmation email.

Is ZIP free?

Yes, ZIP is free to download and free to track your packages. An optional subscription removes ads and unlocks unlimited active parcels.

Why does my tracking number say 'not found'?

Almost always because the courier has not scanned the parcel yet. A tracking number is created when the seller prints the label, but it only becomes trackable at the first physical scan — usually within 24 to 48 hours.

Does ZIP work outside France and the US?

Yes. ZIP tracks international parcels end to end, including the handover between the origin courier and the destination postal service — the exact point where most tracking pages go quiet.
