Terms of Use
Last updated 19 July 2026
These terms apply when you use the ZIP app or getzip.app. By using either, you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use the service.
What ZIP is
ZIP aggregates and displays parcel tracking information published by courier companies. We are not a courier. We do not carry, hold, redirect or deliver anything, and we have no control over the parcels you track.
Accuracy of tracking data
All tracking information comes from the couriers themselves. It can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and estimated delivery dates are the courier’s estimate, not our promise. Decisions that matter — claims, refunds, deadlines — should be based on the courier’s own record and on your contract with the seller.
Your account and your data
ZIP requires no account. You are responsible for the tracking numbers you enter and for having the right to track the parcels they refer to.
Subscriptions and payment
- ZIP is free to download and free to track packages. Some features are offered through an optional paid subscription.
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, resell or redistribute the tracking data the app displays;
- use automated means to query the service beyond normal personal use;
- attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the app or its backend.
Availability
We work to keep ZIP running, but the service is provided as is. Features can change, and courier integrations occasionally break for reasons on the courier’s side.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ZIP is not liable for lost, delayed or damaged parcels, nor for decisions taken on the basis of tracking information shown in the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.
